Writing 3 things down which went great yesterday! 📝going through my todo list 📱start working the next hours 🏖🏃♀️ going for a long walk at the beach or forest 📚reading for 1h 🎥sometimes watching a movie or Netflix shows 👂listening to positive affirmations while falling asleep 😴 Yep this is seriously how my days mostly looks like … nothing special I know 😅🙈
