Landlords can’t evict right now for the past 4 months which sucks! But I ended things on good terms and told her I wasn’t renewing her lease so she moved out today which I am so happy about! Other tenants told me she installed a stripping pole lol the girl was pretty no lie but had brought in these extra animals without permission and then rid it from me and it was the first contract I wrote up for a tenant that had pets. When she first applied she told me she had a medium size dog a bagel so I fucked ok I made the mistake of not putting the size down. 3 days in I went to check in another person and this dog was a ball of muscle and a pit bull which not allowed in the community and this other tenant was terrified of it lol it was a mess! She fed her cat on the kitchen counter and I got many complaints of her not cleaning up her pet hair so overall six people living in this house I decided to say no pets I was only limiting 2 for the house which I thought was fine perhaps if I had got a clean person 🙈 but you never know these things. She looked hot I mean super good and clean first impression lol anyways she decided to move out today so I pro rated her the rent and all was good. The tenant next to her got the bed bugs so been dealing with that this month I hope no one else gets it but tomorrow is last treatment then I will wait 2 weeks to see if any complaints it’s been hell!
