Do you like my tits? (Swipe right) whew. Today was a super busy day. But my VC mtgs went as well as they could go, and they advanced me to their investment councils to prep for a full-on in person pitch.
Usually, you'll just have an informal mtg, just chatting, elevator pitch style, they ask some questions to dig into things they might not understand or what to know specifically "how will you do this?" (That was today's mtgs)
Then, deals that make it thru that will go to the partners review or investment council where they decide which ones they want to officially see.
People don't realize that VCs MUST be seeing "deal flow" or they get fired. The deal flow feeds the partner mtgs. For Junior Associate venture capital people, they have to work in the coal mine digging up deal flow - it's really stressful for them and they can burn out.
Ok - I'm off to a graduation party now. Be back in awhile
