You could be the reason for some positivity in their life. YOU. I literally just text one of mine “I’m proud of you”. Indeed I am, they come through a lot and are coming out the other side of it. You lot are mainly guys - but, if you can’t tell your mate a positive thing about them to bring about a bit of positivity then, what does that say about you? People need to talk more, be more open, be more transparent - we need to talk - we need to foster more positive attitudes. So pick up your cunting phone and spread some positive vibes - again, what’s the worst thing that’ll happen? Remember - suicide is the bigger killer in men under 50 years of age… talk folks, there are people who genuinely give a shit about you - believe me.
