Lentiled Eggs for Breakfast Ingredients: 2 Hardboiled Eggs for human No more than 1 Hardboiled Egg for Waffles 2 cups Lentils for human No more than 3/4 cup of lentils for Wafles Directions: 1. Mash lentils into a crumble 2. Cut eggs in half 3. Remove yolk 4. Fill eggs 5. Mix yolk into remaining lentils 6. Mix water into the lentil-yolk mixture for the dog to boost hydration Blueberry Sunflower Rollup ----This is a supplemental treat... do not exceed 10% of your dog's daily calories---- Ingredients: 1 Tortilla 1-2 Tablespoons of Sunflower Butter for human About 1/3 Tablespoon Sunflower Butter for Waffles Blueberries to taste Directions: 1. Cut off a small portion of tortilla (Waffles gets 1/4 of mine) 2. Cover each piece of tortilla with sunflower butter 3. Evenly cover with blueberries 4. Roll up and enjoy! Salmon Dinner with Sweet Potato Dip Ingredients: 2 cups green beans for human 2 cups riced cauliflower 2 cups sweet potato No more than 1 cup of each for medium-large dog (check with your vet) About 5 oz of Salmon for each human No more than 5 oz of Salmon for Waffles No more than 2 Tablespoons Sunflower Oil for each human and dog Directions: 1. Roll sweet potato up in a wet towel and microwave for 5 minutes 2. Use oven mitts to gently roll the bundled and cooked potato on the counter to soften 3. Allow to cool enough to safely handle and cook another sweet potato as needed 4. Heat pan to medium or medium-high and add half of the oil 5. Season human fish as desired (cook separately) 6. Place fish in oiled pan with the meat facing down 7. Allow to cook until the color has lightened up to the skin on the surface 8. Flip and add the remaining oil to the pan 9. Turn heat up to medium-high and allow to cook until skin is crispy and evenly covered with patches of golden brown 10. Check the temperature to verify that it has reached a food safe temp of 165 Fahrenheit (About 74 Celsius)
