Handstands, yoga, climbing, painting.. 💜 I’ve had to adapt, and it hasn’t been as horrible as I thought it would because it’s giving me new activities to focus my energy on! It’s made me slow down and focus my energy on stretching and light activities like walking. I’m getting to really observe and appreciate the nature around me. 🪴 Know that life will throw these challenges your way, but what you choose to do from then on is in your control. 🥰 Begin to see the positive in everything around you🌌💕🫶

A recent wrist injury has prevented me from lots of exercises, but I’m able to still stretch and meditate daily to keep my mind at peace. ☮️ 💜

For me handstands have been a love/hate relationship.💜✨ I love seeing the progress, but it was super frustrating when I first began. It was lots of work getting over the fear of falling backwards and lots of conditioning the shoulders and core. Now it’s one of my favorite things to work on, and I couldn’t imagine a world without them🥰😋

After you’ve found you can hold it off the wall for a few seconds find a comfortable way to fall out of it. Get rid of that fear of falling back, maybe catch yourself in a wheel pose. Consistency is key and don’t forget to stretch your shoulders, elbows, and wrists!
