I ended up doing 8 plates on the leg press but I didn’t get a good video of it. Idk how to pose & I don’t have much definition yet but it will come with time ;) After my workout I took a nice bath :D and did about 6 mins of pole dancing so it’s not my best work lol - my goal is to do 18 mins a day minimum but it’s hard for me to stay consistent when I’m just practicing on my own. I hope I’m not losing the definition on my tummy since quitting the club!! If I do live dance shows on OF will y’all tune in??? My legs are sore as I’m typing this lol anywayz thanks for watching :D

I’m pretty judgmental of my own pole dancing skills & am always looking to get better & better. I just have to remind myself to stay consistent, have fun with it, and appreciate my health & mobility each day ☀️

Less than 24 hrs after I got some color tattooed on my back 😝 u can see the red marks of the bandage & the sheen of the Vaseline. I felt very innocent, natural and serene this day - which is interesting contrast with all the hardcore ink. This tattoo has so much meaning to it - balance, rebirth, protection, connection with the universal source. Getting this tattoo changed my life 🥹 stay tuned for a tattoo tour where I will explain all my tattoos & their meanings ❤️
