Hi everyone, I just wanted to let you have an update. I haven’t been feeling well for some time and to be honest with you my body is not in the best shape it normally is and I couldn’t figure out why I hadn’t changed anything and I continue to exercise so it was very strange. Long story short. It cost me an arm and a leg but I went to a specialist and they did bloodwork and I found out I have a low thyroid and some other hormonal imbalances. So please forgive me for not looking so great as I continue to work because I need to pay his medical bills. I promise some new contact by tomorrow if not later today depending if I have the energy. I started a new medication and it is improving my energy for sure.
