My back is better today but just been sleeping a lot. I think the lack of sleep for a few weeks played a big part in my back spasms yesterday along with every day life, stress, boobs size (because let’s be real, it’s an extra 20lbs on my chest) so I’m just taking it easy right now. Catching up on sleep is so needed though so I at least don’t feel like at noon I’m wiped out. Hoping y’all are well🙏🏻❤️

Loving my body (and yes breast modification) and the struggles I’ve gone through, the triumphs, the journey❤️ I talk a great deal about not wanting certain surgeries, about the ebbs and flows of weight loss. I really have gone through something lately, kind of out of body because I’m enjoying posting me, truly posting me. I enjoy showing my body sitting where everything hangs out. There’s something to be said about finding the joy in who you are and just going with it. I wouldn’t say I’m 100% there (don’t know if I ever will be) but I’m comfortable, really comfortable with me🙏🏻❤️
