Hiiiii everyone ❤️ I had a very rough night last night. I suffered some traumatic events when I was younger and for some damn reason, I had a ton of flashbacks last night. I don’t know why, and couldn’t shake it. When I did fall asleep, I dreamed of the flashbacks. My face today is puffy, my eyes are heavy. I’m ok for sure so noooooooo worries but it was just a heavy night. I am a very open person and being on social media means y’all will see all sides of me. We all go through some heavy stuff and I hope everyone is coping the best way they can. For a few days my mind has been full with a lot of stuff so I’m ready to let it goooo and the best way for me to work things out is to work out. Soon, “thank the gods, the old and the new”. Btw, that saying is from GOT, I say it daily so it’s just normal to me but want to make sure people know, lol

Why helllllllllllo y’all 💛👋🏻 Healing is coming along just edited out the dried bloooooood I still have on my left boob but both are sitting better. My nipple is moved to center of boob but as my left boob naturally swings off to the side there’s no way to fix that so nipple will never look the same as right nipple. I have a stitch or two that bubbled up on incision from my burn so that’s causing redness and itching (it’s trapped in incision bubble) so I’ll have Dr see what he can do to soothe that. Itching isn’t horrendous feeling but enough to have me scratch around the incision site. Other than that all is good. I slept for the first time without my bra on. So yayyyyyy to that😁

I show my healing in this video so please, please, please remember- it’s not “botched”, I’m healing and that takes time. I feel like every post now I need to say this because some truly don’t understand the healing process. It takes a lot of time, one boob sits higher because it hasn’t settled yet and probably won’t for a few months. I understand and am fine with my content being saved and “leaked” but I also want to protect myself from people who just assume right after surgery if you’re not perfect then you are “botched”. Please be patient and I promise you, things will look better and the scars will fade. For being a few weeks post op I’m healing amazingly.

Goooooood morning everyone. In the process of rearranging my living room and just dropped my son off for school. Left boob is looking SO SO much better🥰 Healing takes time and I’m not sure people understand that as I’ve received messages wondering how long this “covering up” takes. Please understand I had a pretty intense surgery. Yes I feel better but that doesn’t mean my left boob is healed. Just needed to address that. Scar from burn is pretty much healed and already fading in lower spot but at the top of scar I have two little bubbles that are itchy so I need to find out if that’s part of the stitches or what. Other than that, all is ok. My left boob is sloshing around, very common but still always gets to me and sometimes takes my breath away. But yep, pretty much ittttttt😊

Hiiiii👋🏻 It’s raining but it’s a great start. Like every couple, my husband and I have arguments. I’m very open and he is more reserved on some things. Lately we’ve been working so so hard on sharing things that may be embarrassing or difficult to actually say. The openness from him has made a world of difference and really put me in a happier, safer marriage. I love my husband so I mean absolutely no disrespect, but when one partner doesn’t share as much, it leaves the other wondering so many things. 12 years together and I’m still learning more and more about him.
