My shoulder and my arm still hurt a lot I still can't sleep unless I take muscle relaxers and I'm also on Tylenol three with codeine this crap is really annoying

Well I sprained my left shoulder and that's the side that I sleep on so that's why I've been having trouble sleeping I thought tonight I might be able to sleep on that side again but it's not ready yet and that was not a good idea I have to go back to the other side again
