Required! Taking time out from life is so important guys, looking genuinely after yourselves is important! Life is so incredibly busy… July - I swear, it was an eye blink to me. Anyone else agree? An eye blink… What did you achieve? I feel less guilt now for taking time out, off socials - off the real life work - I realise 2.5 years in, that my life and my own needs are more important than money, or my ability to generate it. The exact same principal should apply to you. Don’t become the wage slave, we weren’t born to work. We where born to live. Living a meaningful and lovely life. If you life isn’t that, just know you can make your life to whatever you want it to be, you can overcome anything, it’s true - look at the shit I been through in the last 6 months. You are more resilient than you know, you’re smarter than you give yourself credit for, you’re motivated deep down, even though you don’t feel it in the surface - why? Because you’re alive. But, what makes you feel alive? What gives you a deep and meaningful flow to life? I think, it’s what everyone is searching for. What makes us feel alive, for some, it might be jumping out a plane, for some balloons it might be sea dipping, weight training, driving your car, yoga, cooking, it’s what gives us that flow. We have lost our ability to find flow in our lives, because we give so much away to others. It will be your work, your kids, etc it all takes energy - it all takes, takes and takes and what is left for you? Think about it. Rarely we find peace, rarely we find things that give us that true inner peace where, nothing else matters but you, in that moment of time. So, do something or find something that gives you that alive feeling, that flow feeling, that peace. It’s important as life is flashing by way too quickly. If you don’t stop yourself in a moment, it’ll go by entirely without you even being truly present, you’re just existing. *Saturdaymorningthoughts
