Good ol Fashioned Nude Yoga 💗
I was having some trouble just settling into the moment in front of the camera this day. It's kinda weird filming yourself sometimes. And when I look back, since it's me, I can recognize what I was struggling with, or if I was in the zone... It's like a little peek into past feelings, thoughts, experience, struggles. I still think the flow is worth posting!
Often i see yoga videos on IG, and people speed up the flow so it's more interesting or is faster to watch. maybe I should try speeding up a vid like this sometime.

I feel... proud of myself I suppose for consistently posting and reaching the goal. I also feel though like... idk I knew it would happen eventually if I kept putting in the work? 🤷♀️ And there's also a sense of relief, accomplishment, and then eyes onto the next goal!
