If you know anything about PN you know I’m pulling close to 18 hour days most days and in order to juggle everything that I do I get up at 3:30/4 am every day to get online and start responding, start posting and it gives me a few hours to chit chat uninterrupted before my day really starts! I get SO much more out of my day starting it at 4 am and so today was a LATE day lol. 7 am is like unheard of and to be completely honest I woke up and there a few times and did some responding 🤣 I can’t help it honestly 😜 I’ll go to the gym at some point when I can squeeze it in but that will get done today. I say all this to say, it’s okay to relax a little bit and not be so hard on yourself but you still have to hold yourself accountable to what you want to get done… when that lacks then shit needs to change and the sleeping in needs to stop 🤣 we all have off days you just have to keep rolling in a forward direction!
