Rest days are ESSENTIAL!! As much as it’s important to workout and move your body, you’ll notice your body will ask you to also take a day or even days to rest and recharge to start again even stronger. For me, I love to take walks on the beach when i take mine and I start again the next day way more motivated🌊💪🏻
