Yesterday I went to a niche perfume shop that I visited the day before the war. I really liked one perfume at the time. I decided to go there today and hear that fragrance again πͺ.
It is really beautiful and very familiar. As if the perfumer knew me and created it from my memories.
It strikes me to the core. The power of fragrances is very great.
I have always been impressed by this magical property of niche perfumery.
Sometimes I force myself to forget even for half an hour about the horror that is going on and scares me greatly in order to survive.
I don't know what will happen next, it's really scary.
I have sought help from a psychologist because it has become too difficult to cope, sometimes bad thoughts arise - I want to end this life.
I managed to take these selfies yesterday, but tonight I'm crying all evening.
And I'm also tired of reading reproaches in my direction from some people here. It's especially painful right now.

I saw this cat today and realised he was my dream.

Right now it's hard to believe that peace will come, but that belief is the only thing that keeps me going.

I lost over 30kg of extra weight and then started training to gain muscle mass.
On the left, I am 6 years younger than I am now.
The motivation to work on myself was my poor health, low stamina and shortness of breath when walking. I literally could not tie my shoe laces properly or walk more than 100 metres without stopping. There was also poor gastrointestinal, kidney, musculoskeletal and pressure problems.
I have studied a lot of information to understand how to become a healthy, fit and strong person.

The diet should consist of whole and nutritious foods.

My new haircuts in different styles.
I went to the hairdresser's for the first time after the outbreak of war.
I got my hair cut during the air raid.

Today I would like to share with you some exercises that can help relieve lower back spasms and pain caused by compression of the sciatic nerve.
π·First exercise for lower back pain: lying on your back, put your leg behind the knee of the other leg and slowly place your hips on this side without taking your shoulder blades off the floor. Your head is pointing in the opposite direction.
Then do the same on the other side. It is important to do the exercise slowly, if you are in acute pain - do not do it, see a doctor to relieve the acute inflammation.

π· Second exercise: lying on your back, put one leg behind the knee of the other and pull it towards you and fix it with your hands. You will feel tension in the area where the sciatic nerve is, this is normal, then you will feel relief.
Repeat the same with the second leg.
Hold the leg until the discomfort subsides.
At the end of the second video, I show you how to get up from the mat after the therapeutic exercises.

So, the main differences between emotional hunger and physiological hunger:

βοΈIf you want a particular product, it's probably emotional hunger. With physical hunger - you usually don't care what you eat.
βοΈ Emotional hunger is not related to when you eat; it can be right after a meal.
βοΈ Eating when you are emotionally hungry causes guilt, but when you are physiologically hungry, it causes satisfaction.
At times when I supposedly want to eat something, I simply ask myself the test question: do I want a boiled filet? If yes, then I am really hungry. If not, it's just a craving for a certain food due to boredom or to relieve stress.
Always test yourself this way, with a product you don't really like and will only eat if you are really hungry - then you'll be okπ
